Ever since its founding in 1885, DLG has dedicated itself to the transfer of knowledge and the promotion of quality along the entire process chain from agriculture to the food industry. The DLG promotes product quality of foods based on binding and impartial quality standards, which are established with current scientific findings in combination with the recognized test methods they have developed. With its International Tests, the DLG leads quality assessment in Europe and is accredited in accordance with international norms.

Fraunhofer-institute for process engineering and packaging IVV

The Fraunhofer IVV stands for high-quality food products and safe, effective, and convenient packaging systems. Efficient use of raw materials and minimal environmental impact are priorities in all our development work. VDMA (Mechanical Engineering Industrial association)

The VDMA is one of the most important federation service providers and offers the largest branch network of the investment goods industry in Europe. The VDMA represents more than 3,100 mostly medium-sized companies in the capital goods industry, making it the largest industry association in Europe. The association represents the shared financial, technical and scientific interests of the mechanical engineering industry, especially with respect to national and international authorities and business groups. For the purposes of safeguarding their interests, members are entitled to instruction, advice and assistance. VDMA’s membership covers the entire process chain in the field of mechanical engineering – including associated tools and components, of process, production, manufacturing, drive-train and automation engineering, office and information technology, software, and product-related services, i.e. from components to plants, from system suppliers and system integrators through to service providers. The association reflects the diverse customer-supplier relationships along the whole value chain and promotes sector-specific and overarching cooperation.

All competences are connected in an ideal way – from the raw materials for both food products and packaging to the retail trade. Sharing the goal for continuous progress, quality and innovation unites the members into a unique center of excellence.
