Hygienic Design of Confectionary Machines

The guideline, which deals with the evaluation of the hygienic design of confectionary machines, first published in July 2022, is now also available in English as Guideline No. 120 / 2022.

The guideline has been developed by the IVLV working group Confectionary Machines under the scientific guidance of Dr. Peter Golz, VDMA e.V., chairman of the working group.
The guideline consists of three parts
Part 1: Introduction
Part 2: Checklists to clarify the task
Part 3: Checklists for evaluating the hygienic constructional design

The download of the .pdf file is free for IVLV members and the checklists of part 2 and part 3 can be separately ordered as Excel file. Non-members are charged a fee of EUR 50,00.-.
