The guideline, which deals with the evaluation of the hygienic design of confectionary machines, first published in July 2022, is now also available in English as Guideline No. 120 / 2022.
The guideline has been developed by the IVLV working group Confectionary Machines under the scientific guidance of Dr. Peter Golz, VDMA e.V., chairman of the working group.
The guideline consists of three parts

Part 3: Checklists for evaluating the hygienic constructional design
